ENVION - Minería sostenible y eficiente
Poco a poco la minería se va tornando en una necesidad para sostener
las diferentes cadenas de bloques que se han visto recientemente
congestionadas por el auge y la alta demanda que están teniendo en el
publico en general. Con el diseño de un sistema que facilita el transporte, flexibilidad y
captación de energía de diferentes fuentes (unidades móviles de minería
(MMU)) la empresa ENVION pretende crear el equilibrio perfecto entre costo, ganancias, consumo y adaptabilidad.
El modelo de negocio planteado por la empresa es una propuesta que puede resultar llamativa para los inversores gracias a la obtención de dividendos derivados de las actividades de minería. El 100% por ciento de los ingresos obtenidos por minería propia de la empresa serán repartidos proporcionalmente entre los titulares de los tokens EVN gracias a los contratos inteligentes sobre la cadena de Ethereum bajo el estandar ERC-20, de los cuales el 75 % será pagado de forma semanal y el 25 % reinvertido por la compañia para garantizar su crecimiento.
Por otra parte, los ingresos obtenidos por realizar minería a terceros se retribuirán a los poseedores de los token con un 35% de los beneficios netos y de forma semanal.
Se debe tener en cuenta que las ganancias obtenidas en operaciones propietarias se calculan descontando todos los costos asociados a consumo energético, mantenimiento, escalabilidad, operación y por su parte las conseguidas a través de terceros dependerá del contrato establecido pero excluyendo la depreciación indistintamente de la clase de acuerdo que se pacte. Adicionalmente, por parte de la compañía una cuarta parte de las ganancias anuales se utilizarán para construir nuevas MMU y garantizar así un crecimiento exponencial.
Otra característica que hace este proyecto diferente a otros, es que poseer los tokens acarrea un derecho de voto en el momento que la empresa deba tomar decisiones de fondo sobre como se encuentra desarrollando la minería.
La oferta inicial de la moneda (ICO) consta de 150.000.000 millones de tokens, los cuales se repartirán en un 83 % para los inversores, 10 % para los fundadores del proyecto, 5% para la compañía y un 2% para el programa de recompensas. Los tokens pueden ser adquiridos a través de Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC) y pagos con tarjeta de crédito aunque si se opta por esta ultima forma de pago se debe considerar que los tokens estarán bloqueados (sin ventas ni pagos) para protegerse frente a contracargos, lo que podría representar que en un período de 2 meses a un año no se podrá apreciar dividendos por poseer el token. Sin embargo, los pagos de dividendos se realizarán de forma retroactiva una vez se genere el desbloqueo.
No está de mas aclarar que los residentes de Alemania y Estados Unidos cuentas con restricciones para poder participar en la ICO.
